Wellstone House
The Wellstone House is a 12 bed assisted living facility on a quiet country road located approximately 10 minutes east of the Manchester area. During a typical day at Wellstone we have two – three licensed nursing assistant and / or personal care assistants on staff, nursing available 24 hours a day, physical, occupational, speech therapy, and podiatry services available, and our own hairdresser. We also have two Registered Nurse Practitioners that visit the residents in the home. Our staff is always available to assist the residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, housekeeping, laundry services, socialization, transportation and meals. Recently the Wellstone House has been completely remodeled and is very comfortable and homey. This home is no “nursing home.” This home is cozy, clean and like no other home you have been in. Our residents love Wellstone House. All of the resident rooms come completely furnished, or, the residents are always free to bring their own furnishings if they prefer. We have scheduled activities every day and also ensure that the residents are taking their medicines as prescribed. All of the entry / exit doors are alarmed for added security. You will love the Wellstone House!
