The Evergreen Woods Health Center, a state-of-the-art skilled health and rehabilitation center, part of the Evergreen Woods Life-Care Community located on 88 acres of beautiful wooded countryside close to New Haven and the Connecticut shoreline.
At Evergreen Woods we are committed to creating and maintaining excellence in geriatric care and service, and promoting an environment that enhances health and wellness. We know how important it is to feel comfortable in your surroundings. Our spacious private and semi-private rooms are decorated with traditional New England furnishings. The center features an art gallery and private dining room, as well as interesting and stimulating social and recreational programs.
